1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
✅ The item received is defective or damaged.
✅ The design, size, or product is different from what was ordered.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
❌ Change of mind or incorrect order placement.
❌ Slight color variations due to screen differences.
❌ Custom designs provided by the customer that contain errors (e.g., misspellings, incorrect images).

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, follow these steps:
